Kick off the holidays with Elgin’s celebration, Holiday by the Tracks, sponsored by the Elgin Main Street Board, City of Elgin and the Elgin Chamber of Commerce. Enjoy live music and entertainment, a “Hot Cocoa” Sip & Stroll, pictures with Santa and a lighted Christmas parade at dusk, which is sponsored by the Elgin Volunteer Fire Department.
