This is a fantastic retreat on a beautiful property that will provide you with a natural getaway with some fresh air, outstanding peace and quiet.
The property is pretty large with a beautiful 500-foot walk down to the Colorado River. Swimming and wading in the river are refreshing during the warmer months. If you bring a canoe or kayak, experience a beautiful 4.5 mile paddle to the boat ramp in Smithville.
Plenty of room to relax in this country cabin! There is one bedroom with a queen bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. Both futon sofas in the living room fold down to full-size beds. Front-loading washer and dryer are available in the utility room conveniently located right off the living room. There is a gate on the deck off the living area, with a safety gate to corral the little ones on the deck and away from the staircase.
