The Bastrop Music Festival is a celebration of the Lost Pines region of Texas and showcases the best of the state: extraordinary natural beauty, remarkable and talented people, an independent spirit and an amazing culture. Forty bands — with many styles of music represented — are expected to be showcased in at least 5 venues.

BMF highlights the diversity of Bastrop with shows taking place in unique venues spread throughout the city. Because we are utilizing venues that are already operating (as opposed to creating outdoor concert venues) there is a more direct impact on the local economy. In addition, we encourage BMF attendees to enjoy a wide range of available activities in the region.

The estimated price range for a wristband (which is good for all nighttime shows) is $30 to $65 — depending on the time of purchase. Advance tickets will be on sale at www.bastropmusicfestival.com and at a BMF box office (location TBD) during the event itself. If capacity permits, there will be tickets sold at the door of each venue which is good for that one night at that venue only. An attendee wanting to go to another venue or on another night can pay at the door each time, but the far better value is the festival wristband.

Shows run simultaneously at the various venues with nighttime shows starting at approximately 8 p.m. and ending before 2 a.m. There will be numerous daytime activities which are free and open to the public. This includes live music at the box office location and during the Beach Revue on Saturday. There will also be free shows specifically geared toward children. Festival VIP packages will be available for $100+.”
