The 2021 Sherwood Celtic Music Festival & Highland Games is set for September 10-11, 2021 in McDade, Texas with great music from 16 bands, games, food and drink, and the Highland Games competitions. Camping is available.

The campground will open at noon on Friday, September 10. That evening at 6 p.m., the fairegrounds will open with beverage service at Ye Olde Trip to Jerusalem Pub. Music will begin at 7:30 p.m. on the Elven Hill Stage with Sean Orr’s Celtic Texas kicking off the festivities and the amazing, energetic Celtic Rock band Cleghorn to follow!

On Saturday morning the famed Highland Games including archery, which draw contestants from all over the world, will begin as early as 9 a.m. and world-class Celtic musical performances will begin at 10 a.m. continuing well into the night.

NOTE:  Pfizer and Moderna vaccinations will be freely offered in the Great Hall Saturday, September 11 from 11 a.m to 5 p.m.
