This “All That Jazz” themed fundraiser for the Smithville Community Clinic offers dinner, dancing, games, a photo booth and an auction! Music from Musikatz, and catering by Jean Lang. Come dressed for fun and excitement!

Dinner menu includes:

• Stuffed small tomatoes, Deviled Eggs, Olive Platter, Petite Cucumber Sandwiches
• Waldorf Salad, Corn Succotash, Chicken Spiedies, Meatloaf, Scalloped Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus
• Baked Apple Pudding, Scones, Candied Nuts
• Beverages – Coffee, Tea, Water, Cash Bar

Smithville Community Clinic offers free and charitable healthcare services to those who are uninsured or underinsured. The funds raised during this event will go towards providing our community members with much needed medical, dental and behavioral healthcare services from well qualified professionals.
