Lost Pines Art Center in Bastrop, Texas, has a special night for you on Aug. 5.  Longtime Member, author, and co-owner of Painted Bunting Gallery in Bastrop, Jeff Stayton will present his solo exhibition, “People of the Sun in the Lake of the Moon,” a series of works based on his original poem of the same name. The poem and art work reflect scenes from Aztec mythology. Jeff will give an Art Talk at 7 p.m., with a Q & A. There will also be a special performance by the Aztec dancers of “Danza Guadalupana” at 6 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. Admission is free and all are welcome!
