You get to choose if you are one of the first 300 between noon and 2 p.m.! Sample the cook-off entries cooked by competitors and vote for your favorites in brisket, ribs, beans and chicken in the People’s Choice awards during the Juneteenth BBQ Cook-off in Bastrop, Texas, during the Juneteenth Celebration in beautiful Fisherman’s Park along the river.

Other activities include the 10 a.m parade on Main Street, festival from 11-3 p.m. in Fisherman’s Park, Street Dance from 7-11 p.m. on Main Street.

Other awards for the cookoff include the Pitmasters Choice and the competitive event judging.
