Get ready to celebrate the holiday season in Bastrop, Texas, with the enchanting River of Lights along the Colorado River! Special activities have been added to each Friday evening to make your experience even more magical!

The lighted riverwalk features numerous lighted displays in various seasonal themes lining the scenic June Hill Pape Riverwalk. To access this one-half-mile promenade, come down the stairs west of the intersection of Main and Pine Street or select the fully accessible entrance at Fisherman’s Park on Willow Street. Experience is free to all.

7 p.m. Official Tree Lighting Ceremony with choirs, festive food, and a special appearance by Santa Claus!
