The Cardboard Boat Races are back in Elgin, Texas! Get your team together and start designing. This event is a great way to work as a family to build the best boat out of cardboard and race it in Morris Memorial Pool with teams of 2-6 people. There will be adult races for those age 18 and older, and youth races for under age 18. Prizes for winning teams!

Boats must be built only with cardboard, duct tape and permanent markers. No other materials are allowed.

Even if you aren’t competing, come cheer on the participants in the fun, family friendly activity!
