Elgin People’s Patriotic Fourth of July Parade. Put on your best patriotic wear and join us for this fun parade down Main Street in Historic Downtown Elgin. Walk, ride a bike, push a stroller, pull a wagon! A patriotic program will follow the parade in Veterans’ Memorial Park.
