Come celebrate the magic of fall and the spookiness of Halloween in Elgin, Texas! Join us at the library for a spooktacular Fall O’ Ween Festival! Enjoy a day of family-friendly fun with a spooky costume contest, magic show, twist balloons, food, and more. All ages welcome, costumes encouraged.

• 5-6:15 pm: Twist Balloons with Bonzo Crunch
• 6 pm: Parade and Costume Contest (line up by 5:45 pm for judging at City Hall; age groups: 0-7, 8-12, 13-18)
• 6:45 pm: Magic Show with Bonzo Crunch
• 5-8 pm: Activities, Vendors, and Food
