The multi-day Juneteenth Festival in Elgin, Texas celebrates 25 years with a children’s pageant, live music, activities, vendors, parade downtown, and a full day of celebration!

Saturday, June 1

• Elgin Juneteenth Children’s Pageant with silent auction. 1-4 p.m.

Friday, June 7

• Live Music, Activities and Vendors in Veterans Park. 8 p.m. to midnight.

Saturday, June 8

• Elgin Juneteenth Festival. 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Grand Parade 10 a.m. Parade Marshalls are Emeritus Mrs. Mertis Thomas and Mrs. Gladys Ward. No entry fee to participate in the parade, and past king and queens are encouraged to participate.
• Activities, music and vendors will follow in Veterans Park. Bring your lawn chairs.
