The City of Elgin, Texas as a community comes together to host Safe Trick-or-Treat. Organizations and businesses set up tables and booths throughout downtown and Veterans’ Park to give away candy.

Elgin Parks & Recreation hosts games in Veteran’s Memorial Park beginning at 4 p.m. until dusk. This is a great chance to meet with friends, play games and take photos before heading out to trick-or-treat throughout downtown.

Make sure you get dressed up in costume, bring a bag for candy and stay hydrated!
