‘Tis the season for free holiday themed children, teen, and adult activities with many cultural traditions in downtown Elgin, Texas.

The Sugar Plums & Beating Drums Christmas Bazaar will be in Veterans Memorial Park from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. with the Hot Cocoa Stroll from 1 – 4 p.m. Enjoy live music, performances, local artists, makers, merchants, and food vendors as you sip from your 2024 collectible mug and embark on a cocoa-filled adventure through the historic downtown.

The lighted holiday parade starts at 6 p.m. downtown with holiday floats decorated with twinkling lights for all to enjoy.  Watch the parade on Main Street, bring your chairs or a blanket and grab a spot on the curb to see the magical lights – and maybe some snow!
