Get dressed in your Halloween costumes, grab your friends and family, and head to Downtown Elgin, Texas for the annual Safe Trick or Treat event! Elgin Parks & Recreation will host games and hand out candy in Veterans Memorial Park. Follow the Trail for “trunk-or-treat” candy giveaways.
