Learn ancient friction fire methods used by humans for tens of thousands of years at Earth Native Wilderness School in Cedar Creek, Texas. This class will teach you all of the basic knowledge necessary to make a fire with several friction fire methods using materials collected locally from the natural world.

Methods taught in the class will include Bow-drill, Hand-drill, and Fire Saw. Expert instructors will lead you through the process and give you all of the tools necessary for success.

Students will build their own friction fire kit in the class to take home with them.
