Visit the downtown Bastrop, Texas museum for a cultural and veteran experience in July and August 2023 with this free exhibition Monday through Saturday.

Images of Valor incorporates photographs from the Voces Oral History Center archives and photojournalist Valentino Mauricio’s contemporary photographs of men and women of the WWII generation. Individual stories that reveal larger themes such as citizenship and civil rights and excerpts from more than 500 oral history interviews are the project’s focus. This 12-panel exhibition is bilingual in English and Spanish.
