Make plans to be in Smithville, Texas, for the 33rd annual Festival of Lights with a theme of “Polar Express” for a day full of fun and activities, starting with a Gingerbread Trot 5K. Day includes including pictures with Santa, food, vendors and much more! On the streets will be 40,000 lbs. of real snow blown that morning in preparation for snow tubing and friendly snow ball throwing in the kid zone!

Plus, you don’t want to miss the Indoor Arts & Crafts Expo at the Rec Center, the famous Ann Powell Express train will be providing complimentary rides throughout the day. The finale to the day is the Lighted Holiday Parade at 7 p.m.!
