Freedom Colonies Museum’s Black History Month exhibit 2022

Celebrate Black History Month with our friends at the Bastrop County African American Cultural Center by visiting the Freedom Colonies Museum on the second floor of the Kerr Center. The exhibits include The Freedom Colonies, Charters of African American Service Groups, displays of African American culture, and facts and contributions of the African American Community in Bastrop County.

They are open Saturday 11 a.m -2 p.m., and Sunday 2-5 p.m.
