Participants will walk along the Rising Sun Vineyard in McDade, Texas and their hawk will follow along, flying from treetop to glove, as each person calls the bird to their hand. This intimate experience is often emotional and life-changing with participants interacting with the birds in this free flight cooperative journey of man and flying beast. Guests will learn about the world heritage sport of falconry and gain an up-close appreciation for these wolves of the sky with host William Lubrano, educator and falconer.

When the flight experience is concluded, guests may relax and dine in the scenic outdoor restaurant setting of the winery.
