Healing History: Unconscious Bias in the Workplace

February 21

February 21, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

6:00pm - 8:00pm

The Resilient Bastrop County Initiative has a goal to support our community in efforts to inclusively and collaboratively transform the environments where we live, learn, work, play, and pray. Understanding the implications of unrecognized actions can help to alleviate many traumas that people of color may face in the workplace. The goal of this session is to improve workplace equity and the professional culture throughout the county.

Spoken word by Joe Brundidge. Music by James Robinson and Band. Facilitated by Dr. Leonard Moore with UT Division of Diversity and Community Engagement (DDCE)

Free admission.
