Bring the entire family to the Texas tradition of the Hometown Rodeo in Elgin, Texas, rescheduled to Friday and Saturday, Sept. 6-7 in partnership with Diamond Cross Rodeo. Kids can participate in the traditional Mutton Bustin’. Event includes team roping, barrel races, day slack and more.

For the big event, gates open Friday and Saturday at 6:30 p.m., and the rodeo begins at 8 p.m. Ages 5 and younger admitted free.
