For three Thursdays in July, learn the ancient art of Egg Tempera Painting at the Lost Pines Art Center in Bastrop, Texas. Learn the ancient art of egg tempera painting by the Master, Jim Clay.  Egg tempera has been used for centuries as a reliable medium for bright, vibrant paintings.  Many famous works of the medieval and renaissance periods used egg tempera. You’ll create your own painting over the 3 classes, and no experience in drawing or painting is required. All supplies are provided. Ages 14 and up.
