Knife Carving & Safety for Youth 2023

March 26

March 26, 2023 @ 10:00 am - 3:30 pm

10:00am - 3:30pm

Is your child begging you to be allowed to use a knife, but you have concerns about their safety? In this all-day class at Earth Native Wilderness School in Cedar Creek, Texas, students will be instructed thoroughly according to the Knife Safety Certification that all students must pass through before being trusted to use a knife in ENWS programs. In addition to knife safety, ENWS will instruct your child about effective carving techniques, and they will get to bring home an object that they have carved themselves. Through fun skits and mnemonic devices, your children will be prepared with the knowledge and skills they need to be able to carve safely at home.
