Join the Lightnin’ Bar in Elgin, Texas, for their 2nd annual Chili Cookoff where it’s free to enter the contest, and attendees can sample the entries. Prizes will be awarded including for the People’s Choice Award. Event also includes music at the benefit for the Elgin Community Cupboard.
