Join Eden East Farm for their fourth Out on the Farm Supper Club. Your ticket includes a coursed seasonal meal curated by Chef Sonya Cot, paired with Desert Door Original Texas Sotol cocktails.
Desert Door is a craft distiller of a premium and unique Texas spirit known as Texas sotol. Our liquor is made from the sotol plant, which is wild-harvested all across Texas, from Driftwood to Marfa. Sotol was the first alcoholic beverage ever consumed by humans in Texas 800 years ago, and the plant has been in use for over 13,000 years. Their sotol is smoother than whiskey, less smokey than mezcal, and it doesn’t burn like tequila. It pairs perfectly with our farm fresh dishes. Eden East has a very special relationship with Desert Door. Not only has this relationship spanned many years, the Desert Door Distillery is home to Eden West Food Truck.
