Pearls Before Swine is a juried art show that awards cash prizes for first, second and third places as well as the popular “peoples choice” award every October in Elgin, Texas. You’ll have three dates in 2022 to view the artist pieces in person as well as the opportunity to attend the opening gala.

• Thursday, Oct. 20: The opening gala of the Art Show which will feature Two- and Three-Dimensional Art.
• Friday, Oct. 21 and Saturday, Oct. 22: The Art Gallery will stay open in conjunction with the annual Hogeye Festival.
• Online: All accepted pieces will be exhibited on an online gallery through the end of the calendar year.

Pearls Before Swine is the primary fundraiser for the Elgin Arts Association. Each year the Arts Association awards cash scholarships to area students who intend to pursue arts related studies.
