Join Pines & Prairies Land Trust at Bastrop County Nature Park to learn more about the macro-invertebrates that live in the Colorado River, such as crayfish, snails, mollusks and dragonflies. Get ready to splash in the water where you will be sampling with catch nets. The free nature classes are geared towards ages 6-16 and lead by knowledgeable Lost Pines Master Naturalists. Pack a picnic lunch and stay after class for a summer social!
