Join the City of Elgin on the evening of Oct. 2 for a fabulous celebration of everything pumpkin! They’ll have free lawn games with small prizes, free pumpkins for painting and $5 carving pumpkins, and music to get everyone in the mood for Halloween! Event happens on the back lot of the Elgin Recreation Center.
