Come take a walk along the streets of historic Smithville, Texas, and view the beautiful quilts that are hung on Main Street, in the Smithville Church of Christ sanctuary, and all around town in this traditional take on airing out the mustiness of stored quilts before placing them on beds for the winter.

As part of the historic tradition, the Smithville Stitcher’s Quilt Guild will hold a Quilt Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Smithville Church of Christ, 1416 E. Whitehead St. Enjoy this event with free admission, free gift for attendees, door prizes, light refreshments, vendors, bed turning, Quilts in the Sanctuary.

Event is held in conjunction with the annual Tour of Homes – which includes five homes and a beautiful church.
