Join Elgin, Texas Parks & Recreation at Morris Memorial Pond for Catch & Release Fishing! At this event you’ll have a chance to learn how to cast a reel, how to release fish safely, and learn basic knot tying. Some supplies will be provided by the Elgin Parks & Recreation Department, but they encourage you to bring your own rod/reel if you have them!
