Back by popular demand, Yegua Knobbs Preserve in McDade, TX, will host a Star Party to view the night sky through powerful portable telescopes manned by passionate volunteer astronomers. See the waxing gibbous moon and other planets, galaxies, nebulae, star clusters, and more. Sky orientation program begins at 7 p.m.

Comet Tsuchinshan-ATLAS should also be visible with the naked eye. This comment could reach magnitude -3 and become one of the brightest comets visible in the Northern Hemisphere in the last 100 years!
