This 2021 Texas Viking Festival – Winter Solstice will be held at Valkyrie Ranch over two weekends in Paige, Texas.

Events, open to all people, include: beard contest, Fish throwing, Strongman competition with prizes, field archery, axe and knife throwing, various “viking games,” Mead tastings, and much, much more! Entertainment includes: bands that rock! (in an acoustic kind of Celtic Medieval way), Bards / Skalds, Pyro Juggling, Magicians and Fire dancers!

The first Saturday (Dec. 11) includes all the normal entertainment, along with the Fulsterkur Shield Maiden Showdown. The second Saturday is also the Yule Blot, an activity that starts near sunset and continues until dawn.

Camping available.
