The Texas Viking Festival is a celebration of music, entertainment, food and friendship at Valkyrie Ranch in Paige, Texas, and is held in December near the time of the Winter Solstices, known as the Yuletide Festival (or Yule). The event, is held over the second and third weekends in December and is a daytime event. Like Equinox, there will be live music, craft vendors / shopping, food, games, entertainment, and camping! We also add special appearances by Krampus, competition, Highland Games, full-contact combat championships, mounted archery and European Martial Arts demonstrations, horseback rides, and so much more!

This time of year is normally cold and as a result guests and performers are dressed in many layers and furs. It’s like being in a movie.

Camping and limited RV spaces are available.
