Sherwood Forest Virtual Celtic Gathering premieres Saturday, Sept. 12 with free admission to the virtual fairegrounds. This virtual concert will be Sherwood Forest Celtic Gathering’s 10th annual event. The premiere includes two segments with a short evening break plus the morning session Archers of Sherwood Virtual Archery Tournament.

Blaggards return to the Greenwoode Theatre Stage for a full hour of Stout Irish Rock at 8:30 pm, accompanied by the enigmatic gyrations of the Solar Rain Fire Dancers.

San Antonio Pipes and Drums, Misty Posey, Therese Honey and Friends, Sarah Copus, David O’Leary, James of Black Irish Texas, and Piper Gunn return to Sherwood for this all-day premire.

And you can look forward to the Sherwood debut of Banda Taverna of Brazil! These medieval Celtic bards are conjuring up a performance from afar, especially for the Virtual Gathering.
