Did you know that water bugs are important creatures that can tell us if our water ecosystem is healthy or hurting? Let’s see what we can catch and what they tell us about Buescher Lake’s health!  Then we will pick our favorite water bug creature and paint a picture!

Meet at the Canoe Barn Fishing Area in Buescher State Park.

Bring plenty of water, wear sunscreen or a hat and clothes you don’t mind getting wet or water color paint on.

All materials will be provided.

Program is free after Park entrance fee is paid.
