Youth ages 5-8 will enjoy learning the skills in two sessions to create their own custom-made clay pot at the Mary Nichols Art Center in Smithville, Texas. Each student must attend both sessions for their finished pot.

Session One (January 10, 2023)
Get a feel for the clay, create a pinch pot and/or a coil pot, leave them to dry and be fired.

Session Two (January 17, 2023)
Return to fired pots. Learn about glaze and hand paint the fired pots. Final pots will be fired after class, and students will be notified when to pickup.
