ELGIN EVERGREEN FARMS
Mike and Beth Walterscheidt purchased the land and opened Elgin’s Evergreen Farms in 1989. Today thousands of Central Texans visit Evergreen Farms throughout the holiday season.
Beyond the vision of green, you’ll see their pet donkey, along with goats, ducks and barn cats. Evergreen Farms’ tree sales begin the Friday after Thanksgiving and end Christmas Eve. During weekends, Evergreen Farms will have a campfire for roasting marshmallows. The concession stand will be open with hot chocolate, s’more fixings, sausage wraps and more!
